All in White! Amirah Kassem's Welcome Party In St. Regis Punta Mita, Mexico
Fire dancers, palm leaves and s'mores on the beach- oh my! Amirah Kassem, long-time family friend, and owner of New York's Flour Shopheld a four-day wedding celebration at the St. Regis Punta Mita, including a White Party, where the dress code extended to the guests.
A life-size garland of gold palm and pineapples surrounded the party's edge, creating fun even in the small seams. Grilled, fresh local fare delighted guests while Amirah, forever the champion of all things sweet, created incredible desserts like pineapple-shaped tres leches gold cake balls.
RMINE had the delight of designing a two-piece ensemble for the evening; a bespoke cropped top and full skirt emblazoned with small odes to Amirah's heritage.

"Everyone, including the bride and groom, wore white. Shoes were optional. Amirah donned a custom crop top and full skirt from family friend and designer, RMINE, along with Dylanlex jewelry paired with not one, but two Wilhelm flower crowns. In contrast, tables were decked in colorful pineapples with gold leaf tops, peppering the table with pops of hot pink, turquoise, yellow, lime green, royal purple and more. Palm leaf chargers were placed at each place setting, and real miniature pineapples served as place cards on the long, family-style tables."
